MOBY DONATES MUSIC TO INDIE FILMMAKERS

Here is a bit of groovy news for all of you indie filmmakers out there in need of some professional music choices for your next project. Moby has made 79 tracks, most unreleased, available to all of us indie underground guys. The tracks can be used in any non-commercial project including feature length or short.

However those seeking serious distro for profit can for a modest fee use the tracks. The fee goes to charity so it's all good in the hood. Full details and free sign up is here. (via Cinematical.com)

This is great news. Now only if more artists such as Moby could get behind the same idea.
