Prop Hammer

Here is a good starter tutorial on making a realistic prop hammer from foam.  The same techniques can be used for larger weapons such as baseball bats and hatchets, etc.

Build Your Own Foam Injection Gun

Invariably there will come a time when all of us prop builders or special effects artists must use a foam injection gun for molds. 

However, the cost of a foam injection gun can be a bit expensive for some.  This is why I am happy to see that there is a tutorial out there to build your own gun using PVC pipe.  Note: build this at your own risk.

These are 25 tutorials on various methods that can be used in casting molds. Obviously, since that they are all from the Alumite company website they use their own materials.
